Branch Overview
The Woori Bank Pune branch interior design project is a refined fusion of Korean minimalism and Indian contextual relevance. As the first impression of a global financial institution, the space was envisioned to embody the core values of transparency, trust, and efficiency while offering a serene and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
Banking Reimagined
The layout focuses on seamless customer flow, incorporating clearly zoned areas for banking services, private consultation, and administrative functions. Glass partitions, soft lighting, and acoustic treatments ensure both privacy and openness, balancing functional needs with aesthetic appeal.
Natural materials such as wood veneers, minimal textures, and neutral-toned finishes were chosen to reflect both modern professionalism and a subtle nod to modern-contemporary Korean interiors. Indigenous materials were integrated where appropriate to support local craftsmanship and sustainability.
The Boardroom as a Statement of Intent
Every element within the room is calibrated for precision. Fabric-clad walls absorb ambient sound, ensuring acoustic integrity, while suspended linear fixtures trace the table’s form, guiding attention and focus. The muted palette enhances spatial calm, allowing texture and material to speak quietly yet confidently.
