Aasrav Villa isn’t just designed it’s composed. Set amidst the quiet hills of Maval, this home reflects our core philosophy at Atelier NOUA: People, Place, and Purpose. It is architecture that listens and interiors that respond. A built form that feels.
From its cascading sectional layout to the textures underfoot, this residence invites you to pause, breathe, and belong.
Architecture That Embraces the Land
Rather than sitting atop the slope, Aasrav Villa flows with it. The split-level planning allows the home to cascade naturally across the terrain, creating volumes that shift and unfold.
This approach doesn’t just respond to the topography; it celebrates it. Every turn opens to framed views, letting the architecture disappear into the landscape almost like it was always meant to be there.
Interiors That Speak in Silence - Inside, the design is guided by restraint. Instead of grand statements, we chose quiet materials and clean volumes. The transition between zones private and public, open and contained is deliberate and gentle.
As an interior designer, I wanted the home to feel lived in even before it was occupied. From the touch of raw wood to the play of morning light through sheer drapes, every choice was made to evoke calm.
Red Brick: Both Structure and Soul We embraced exposed red brick not just for its visual warmth but for its structural honesty and thermal performance. Locally sourced and timeless in character, it helps regulate temperature passively while offering minimal maintenance.
Its texture, patina, and imperfection remind us of architecture that endures not trends that fade.
The entryway becomes a spatial pause. A skylight draws in natural light, casting shadows that shift with time. The flooring patterns lead the eye inward, while vertical wooden screens layer the space with depth and rhythm..
This moment of arrival was treated not just as a transition but as a dialogue between exterior and interior, guest and home.
"Interior Design Schemes Developing cohesive design plans, including color schemes, textures, and patterns functional needs."
Details That Reside in Stillness
The villa avoids excess. Its luxury lies in subtleties the grain of wood, the cool touch of natural stone, the way light filters through a slit in the ceiling.
These are the kinds of details we often miss in hurried living. At Aasrav, every material decision was meant to slow you down.
A Pavilion With No Agenda On the far end of the plot, a pavilion sits quietly not asking for attention, but offering refuge. Whether it becomes a place for yoga, music, or morning tea, the space adapts to your rhythm.
"This is what I believe interior architecture should be not controlling, but accommodating."
The NOUA Way At Atelier NOUA, we design with both the architect’s eye and the interior designer’s intuition. We listen to the site. We observe the client. And we ask ourselves: What must this space feel like? not just what must it look like?
Aasrav Villa is an embodiment of:
- Site-sensitive architecture
- Emotionally intelligent interiors
- Material honesty
- A blend of traditional values and contemporary clarity
Conclusion : When a Home Feels Like It Was Always Meant to Be
Aasrav isn’t just a home built on land it’s a home born of it.
It reflects architecture that understands, and interiors that embrace.
It’s for those who value subtlety over spectacle, feeling over façade.
