Manish Bansal Park Street

Art doesn’t always need a frame. Sometimes, it becomes the very air we breathe in a space — quiet, tactile, and deeply human.

This residence embraces a refined, modern narrative that balances comfort, elegance, and spatial clarity. The dining space is envisioned as a soft, sculptural environment — where gentle curves, muted tones, and tactile materials blend seamlessly to create a calm yet expressive backdrop for daily living.

The living lounge is conceived as a warm, inviting space where contemporary geometry meets sculptural opulence. Plush seating, layered textures, and a carefully curated lighting ensemble create a rich, expressive ambience ideal for both conversation and quiet retreat.

Soft wall art, warm-toned upholstery, and subtle metallic accents bring depth and dimension to the room. The interplay between the handcrafted chandelier and the earthy palette establishes a visual rhythm that feels both grounded and glamorous.

Living Spaces Shaped by Warmth

The central chandelier becomes the sculptural highlight that brings both grace and balance to the environment. Subtle curves in the furniture, textured panels, and transparent partitions work together to maintain openness while defining functional zones.

Soft neutrals and warm LED profiles create a controlled lighting environment suitable for garment selection and detailing. The wardrobe layout is planned for maximum visibility, using full-height shutters, reflective glass, and internal illumination that reduces shadow pockets.

A Sheltered Terrace for Daylight and Rest

The seating zone is created with a weather-resistant daybed upholstered in outdoor-grade fabric. Side tables in sculptural forms anchor the arrangement and provide functional surfaces for work or leisure. Accent lighting positioned at eye level ensures soft evening illumination without glare.

A Bedroom Rooted in Craft and Warm Geometry

The bedroom is designed as a calm, compositionally balanced space where warm neutrals and crafted details establish a serene visual identity. The feature artwork above the headboard acts as the focal element, introducing organic geometry that softens the rectilinear volume of the room. Full-height drapery filters daylight into a uniform, diffused glow, ensuring consistent ambient lighting throughout the day.

The bedroom suite transitions into a more detailed and functionally layered space where materials, vertical planes and integrated lighting work together to create depth. Wall claddings in natural veneer and textured paint are arranged in a rhythmic sequence that improves acoustic absorption and enhances visual warmth. Recessed LED profiles are calibrated to a 3000 K tone for relaxed illumination without glare.

Marble-finish flooring adds thermal mass and supports the room’s natural cooling cycle. This zone functions as a refined resting space that blends calm aesthetics with technical precision in detailing, layout planning and ambient control.

The full-height mirror is designed with a slim metallic frame that minimizes visual mass and enhances natural light distribution across the room. Its placement opposite the bed elongates the perceived width of the space and improves ambient brightness without relying on artificial lighting.

A Living Space Defined by Soft Geometry

This reception lounge is articulated through a warm, sculpted vocabulary that celebrates material richness and controlled lighting. The ceiling’s sweeping curves soften the rectilinear architecture, while the bespoke chandelier—crafted in cast metal with blown-glass elements—anchors the space as a luminous focal point.

A Dining Space Sculpted by Light and Craft

The dining area juxtaposes refined minimalism with expressive sculptural detailing, creating a room that feels both serene and visually arresting. A circular bas-relief installation, cast in lightweight composite material, anchors the feature wall with an artistic narrative of flora and avian life. Its soft tonal gradients harmonise with the muted plaster finish behind it.

The dining table, carved from stone with a natural grain pattern, is paired with upholstered chairs that introduce gentle curvature into the composition. Above, a suspended light fixture with crystalline acrylic branches disperses light delicately across the space, enhancing the translucency of the drapery and lending the room a soft, diffused glow.
